Our Flavors
We know that variety is the spice of life, and because of this, we make many flavors of gelato, from classics like Espresso Chocolate, Pistachio, Amaretto, Mint Chocolate, Salted Butter Caramel, Stracciatella to our own special concoctions like, Bourbon Praline, Irish Coffee, Smores, Chocolate Covered Strawberries and Sorbettos including Lemon, Raspberry, Strawberry, Peach, our new Lemonades and so many more! We know we'll find just the right flavors for your event! You can choose a few flavors or up to 6, we will even make suggestions based on your cuisine, and we can make custom flavors on request. All of our gelatos are naturally Gluten Free and our sorbettos are made with 100% real fruit and are fully vegan.

GELATANO was started by two passionate food lovers, Michael and Caroline Franano, who decided to share their passion with the hospitality world. Michael and Caroline are professionally trained gelato chefs, with over 40 years of hospitality experience between them. Based in Nashville, TN, our delicious gelato and sorbets are made to order right here at home, from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. With a primary focus on corporate, social, special events and festivals, GELATANO gelato is the perfect addition to your food and beverage catering or just by itself.
